Home - Get Connected

1.  Come and worship with us

Usually the first place someone becomes acquainted with Harvest Bible Chapel is by attending a Sunday morning worship service. This is the time and place where we gather together to lift high the name of Jesus in worship and to study the Word of God. Harvest is a church that is contemporary without compromise—we are stylistically contemporary and committed to the sufficiency of the Scripture and Its proclamation (2 Timothy 3:16-172 Peter 1:3-4).

2. Attend a Guest Reception
We invite you to meet a Guest Reception to meet our Pastors and other Church Leaders.  We meet across the hall in the Lounge immediately after our Worship Service.  This is a brief introduction to our Pastors, Leaders and Ministries.

3. Attend Party with the Pastors - Register
Attend this casual gathering that usually takes place in someone's home. Party with the Pastor will include time to meet key leaders, review our core values, answer your questions, and have fun getting to know one another. Due to its limited size, you will need to register for this event.

4. Attend Peak Performance - Register
This is a multi-session class designed to provide a thorough understanding of what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ and a member of Harvest Bible Chapel. Peak Performance discusses the history, structure, and key doctrines of Harvest Bible Chapel, as well as the purposes and expectations of membership.

After attending Peak Performance each person will receive a membership application form. Once the application form is received, a membership interview will be set up with one of our church leaders. Individual’s names are then placed in the Harvest Update for two weeks, and, if there are no concerns raised by other members of Harvest, the individual is officially welcomed into the membership at Harvest Bible Chapel.

4. Join a Small Group - Register
Harvest is a church of small groups. We are convinced that disciples of Christ and disciple makers for Christ are most effectively developed in a small group environment where individuals can connect with each other as they connect with Christ. Therefore, it is our desire to see every young person and adult in our church family participating in a Small Group.

Harvest’s Small Groups are designed to be the weekly meeting place outside of the worship service where friendships are developed, biblical truth is discussed and applied, encouragement is given, prayers are raised, accountability is welcomed, care is given, and disciples are made. Each Small Group meets at least three times a month at various times throughout the week. Small group questions?

5. Serve at Harvest -Contact us!

The Scripture calls for every one of God’s people to be living out the love of Christ by serving each other and our communities (Matthew 5:14-16; 1 Corinthians 12-13;Romans 12:5-8Ephesians 4:11-16). Therefore, Harvest wants every believer to be serving Christ in some kind of ministry fashion. Serving not only honors Jesus Christ but it is also a great way to develop meaningful relationships with others.

Whether it be serving in the children’s ministries, one-on-one discipleship, playing an instrument or singing, facilitating/apprenticing a Small Group, helping with technology, serving in leadership, volunteering in the church office, or any of an endless list of creative ways to live out your gifts, talents, and passions for Christ, the point is to serve because you love Jesus and others.
