Dean was born in Rochester and raised in Owensboro, Kentucky. He became a believer in 1956 and enjoys working with any kind of outreach evangelism within the church and supporting the youth/college/career ministries. Outside of church, you may find him golfing, gardening, traveling with his wife Carol, or spending time with his grandchildren.
